Manage your subscription

There is no Muxvox account to log into — that's on purpose. Billing is managed through Stripe's secure portal, and your Macs are managed with your license key.

Billing, invoices, seats & cancellation

Enter the email you purchased with and we'll send you a secure link to Stripe's customer portal. Change plan or seat count, update your card, download invoices, or cancel — cancellation keeps paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.

Activated Macs

Replacing a machine? Enter your license key to see which Macs hold seats and release one — the freed seat is available to the next Mac immediately. (You can also do this in Muxvox Desktop → Subscription.)
