Seats, plainly.
One Team seat licenses one Mac running Muxvox Desktop. Buy the
seats you need on a single subscription and change the number any
time. Phones are never billed.
Taxes.
Prices exclude VAT/sales tax; checkout shows the exact amount for
your country before you pay. Payment and invoices are handled by
Stripe.
Cancelling.
Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time and paid
features run until the end of what you’ve paid for. Rooms,
approvals and settings are kept, not deleted. EU consumers have a
14-day right of withdrawal — full policy in the
terms.
Your audio stays yours.
Audio never leaves your network and never depends on our servers
— an internet outage cannot interrupt a meeting.

In beta. Transcription and summary run entirely on your Mac
— no audio or text is ever uploaded. English, German,
French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese are built in on
macOS 26 (summaries need Apple Intelligence); Dutch and
~99 more languages use the built-in Whisper engine, which needs
only a one-time model download. The Mac shows a clear recording
indicator; phone-screen indicators arrive before notes leave
beta.
